Lisa Glass Kornstein is an expert in nonprofit operations and frequent speaker on technology for nonprofits, including as a guest lecturer at Columbia University School of Social Work, U.C.Berkeley Haas School of Business, Dreamforce, NTEN, AIRS and other national conferences. Lisa is President of the Alliance of Informtion and Referral Services of New Jersey, Leader of the NY Nonprofit Salesforce.com User Group since 2005, and previously co-founded The Solid Foundation. Undergraduate degrees from Washington University in St. Louis, and a Master’s in Social Work in Social Enterprise Administration from Columbia University School of Social Work.

Martin is a co-founder of SHWA.xyz. He is an expert in designing and implementing analytic models and systems to foster faster, better and more transparent decision making. Martin has built enterprise scale analytical systems for over 20 firms in the Fortune 500. He has undergraduate degrees from the University of Virginia in Systems Engineering and Economics and a Ph.D is Systems Engineering and Decision Analysis from the University of Pennsylvania.

David has 30 years of experience teaching, publishing, and working in the area of organizational effectiveness in the health care and human service sectors. He has been a full-time faculty member at Columbia University and the University of Maryland Baltimore, and the University of Tennessee. He has published articles in multiple management journals. He has also developed performance management models and applications based on Activity Based Costing and Activity Based Management methods and tools. He has created data infrastructures that inform cost, service, and outcome measures for human service organizations. He also was one of the early advocates for managing public sector organizations by using performance indicators and measures. Most recently, Dr. Menefee has led the State of Colorado Department of Human Services through completion of several IT initiatives including, development of an interoperability and data integration solution for the Department, each of its divisions, as well as other state agencies including Medicaid, the Health Information Exchange, education, juvenile justice, and youth corrections.
