As a result of hurricane Sandy, I had been having difficulty getting some residual storm damage to our beach home attended to (some roof damage, a tree had fallen and punched a hole in the exterior wall also causing some interior damage and a few other items). Finding anyone that had time to do the work let alone come to assess for a quote was challenging. 

Mike at MJS was referred to me by a friend and I was able to connect with him right away. Given that this was not my primary residence, I was not readily available at the property location, but Mike was very accommodating and willing to visit the property. I emailed him the insurance adjuster's report and pictures along with a priority of the urgent items. Within 3 days Mike was able visit the property and email back a detailed and fair quote. After a quick email exchange and chat to confirm everything, Mike was able to start work in just and few days and had the job done before the end of the week. He also sent me photographs of the completed work which I really appreciated.
